Workshop, short course, discussion circle or a similar format. Whoever proposes it leads it, and no affiliation with UFTM is required.

Talent Show registration
Music, dance, theatre, poetry, comedy, circus or any other form of artistic expression, with or without an affiliation with UFTM. Opens and closes after the other two submissions.

Abstract review
The Scientific Committee checks the abstracts as they come in (whether they follow the rules and fall within scope) and reviews again those returned with corrections. Merit is judged at the event, at the poster.

Last day to send the corrected version. After it, the Committee still reviews what has come in.

In the Hub JIEPE, each author books their own time slot as places allow, within the SDG-based session layout set by the Organizing Committee. The presentation schedule is built from these choices.

Free and open to everyone, with no need for any affiliation with UFTM. It stays open during the event, including on site.

Student volunteer registration
Students only. You choose your shifts (morning or afternoon, on any of the four days of the event) and the certificate adds up the hours.

Registration for training activities
Free and open to everyone, with limited places. Register only for what you plan to attend, and cancel in the Hub if you change your mind: the place goes straight back to the waiting list.
